Outdoor patio heater, fireplace and chiminea orders are usually processed the next business day and are shipped from our manufacturer or distributor within 3 business days depending stock availability and seasonal work loads. Ground shipping time is 4-10 business days. Therefore, these items “typically” arrives within 7-13 business days of the date of order. Tracking numbers are not readily available from all of our suppliers and/or automatically transmitted within our system. Tracking numbers may be obtained if a shipment is noticeably late or missing subsequent to the estimated deliver date. Due to unforeseen seasonal work loads and or particular processing challenges that may arise, we can not guarantee any particular shipping arrival dates.
Ground shipping rates apply to the 48 Contiguous United States only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require Next Day Air or Second Day Air, for which there is an additional charge.
